In 2012 verraste 't Hof Van Commerce met een nieuw studioalbum na bijna zeven jaar stilte. 'Stuntman' werd uitstekend onthaald door pers en publiek en 's lands beste hiphopcrew schuimde zowat alle grote festivals af, van Rock Werchter tot de Lokerse Feesten en Feest in het Park.

Toch bleef de zin om nieuwe dingen te doen en rijpte bij Kowlier, Buyse en 4T4 het idee voor een eigenzinnig prestigeproject: muziek maken met artiesten die ze zelf bewonderen, maar niet noodzakelijk bezig zijn met hiphop. Een half jaar lang werd er achter de schermen samengewerkt om tot een EP te komen met zes opmerkelijke songs. Op 'Colaboraciones Espectaculares' gaan de West-Vlaamse beats de confrontatie aan met de zware gitaren van Steak Number Eight, de melodische jazz van Jef Neve of de dubstepbassen van AKS. Oudgediende TLP komt ook opdraven, geflankeerd door jong rapgeweld van No Exp., Vrulst & Botn en Walter Ego. Safi en Spreej mogen dan weer bewijzen dat Gentse rappers een stuk verstaanbaarder zijn dan Izegemse...

Deze unieke EP kondigt tegelijk ook een goedgevulde live kalender aan met dit voorjaar al passages op onder meer Festival aan Zee in De Panne, Mayday in Kortrijk en Leiepop in Machelen.
