Wouter Van Belle maakte naam als producer van o.a. Axelle Red, Gorky, Noordkaap, … en, op het door hem opgerichte label Petrol, ook Flip Kowlier, Stash, Yevgueni, …
Hij vond de tijd rijp voor een eigen muzikaal project en werkte de voorbije vijf jaar aan het dubbelalbum "Wow & Flutter", samen met 'partners in crime' Jon Kelly, Peter Obbels en Marc Bonne. Verder is er nog een meesterrol weggelegd voor Andrew Powell, door zijn werk voor o.a. Cockney Rebel, Kate Bush, Alan Parsons Project, dé arrangeur om de cross-over van pop naar klassiek te maken.

Dit tijdloos album, prachtig vormgegeven en luxueus verpakt, is een must voor elke zichzelf respecterende muziekliefhebber.
